Think of yourself as the voice of the ministry, someone who will develop a strong rapport with the people we serve, maintain a clear understanding of how our product functions, and provide resolution to inquiries. We strive to respond to everyone with kindness and empathy, doing our utmost to help them, whatever their question or problem.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate and receive calls to/from customers requiring help using our products
  • Collect any information needed for the technical team
  • You will work with internal cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries
  • Help onboard new organizations to implement our products
  • Provide education for our customers to get the best out of our products
  • You will deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service to customers by e-mail, chat support, and/or phone
  • You will understand common pain-points and actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolutions
  • Work alongside our product and engineering teams to understand how new releases will affect existing customers

What You'll Bring

  • Two years of call center experience or equivalent
  • Prior remote experience highly preferred.
  • Quiet work-at-home environment free of interruption and distraction
  • Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
  • Must have access to high speed internet
  • Strong communication skills on the telephone
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability to work weekends
