Grace Family's story
Based in Tampa, Florida, Grace Family Church was founded by Pastor Craig Altman and his wife Debbie in 1994. Grace Family desires for people to make a personal connection with Jesus Christ and develop authentic relationships with each other. In 2020, they joined the My Well Giving Platform while also moving their church management system to Rock RMS.
The challenge
Grace Family was using FellowshipOne (F1) for both their church management system (ChMS) and their front-end donation platform while using My Well as their payment processor. In 2020, F1 began drastically raising rates and forcing churches to switch their payment processing to F1. Switching their processing to F1 would have cost Grace Family hundreds of thousands of dollars annually in additional processing fees! The challenge then was to find a ChMS that would allow them to continue to partner with My Well Ministry and not have to pay F1's outrageous additional fees.

Their solution
After consulting with My Well, Grace Family selected Rock RMS as their ChMS and began moving their donations to the My Well Giving Platform. During the migration process, Ann Morrick learned that it helps to have a well-documented plan and to utilize all of My Well's migration tools and their dedicated team. Grace Family was able to upgrade their giving platform from F1's and is saving over $200,000 annually!
